Courtesy of Keri’s incredible art world connections, I got to visit the Brighton Festival as a guest of the festival. Got a special train down (complete with incredibly strong cocktail), had a curry dinner at the Brighton Pavilion (interior shot above) then got taken around dreamthinkspeak’s amazing theatrical installation work ‘Before I Sleep’ : a disused department store haunted by Chekhov. Ducked out of the screaming-drag-queens-on-electro afterparty to explore Brighton’s legendary ‘scene’… about which the less said the better, really, in a good way.
